Green is my favorite color

Since I can remember, The 4th of July has been my favorite holiday.  I am so torn after this past St. Patrick's day.  Never in my life have I been so conflicted over something like this.  Why can't they both be my favorites you ask?  Well I just don't roll that way.

Yeah that's right, those are alcoholic and yes it's only 8:30 am

People really liked my harmonica.  Maybe I'll learn how to play it for next years parade :)

I cant explain this face
You know he's having a good time!

This dog isn't wearing a ridiculous costume and doesn't have a green mohawk but I liked him anyway.

He was just so spirited!

Green man!

This was my favorite part of the parade!

BJ and Jamie "Bead me!"

What's a Zorb?
Im suuuuper creeped out but those white face covers...

And then the parade was over...

I like 24

24! Who ever knew that I would love getting older?  This past January 16th was one of the best I've had probably ever.  That day at work we had a banana bread bake-off in my honor because as I've come to realize, everyone thinks theirs is the best.  Well, as you may have guessed, I won! I have also convinced myself that I didn't win simply because I was the birthday girl but because my banana bread is in fact, the best!

I don't know if any of you've ever had one of these, but they're wonderful!  It's called a taco ring and the first and only time I ever had one was right after my mom purchased a pizza stone from Pampered Chef when I was in elementary school.  Somehow my brain conjured it up and my mom made it happen!  She even let me take some home for left-overs!

That night, I finally had the margarita that I've been craving for nearly two years!

When I turned 21, Scot sang a song about mountain dew, that I wasn't able to hear.  When I asked if he would sing it again he told me that it was a once in a lifetime thing and that I had missed my shot.  Ever since then, every holiday that passed I asked for the song as my present, receiving a very pitying look, accompanied by a no.  I guess three years was the magic number and he finally sang the song! So you can understand why I am looking at scot the way I am.  He finally understood that singing to me is 100% cheaper than buying me a physical present! Yes, this girl accepts songs as gifts, and not even mp3's!

I know that I've asked for this face before (in New York) but I just enjoy it so much!

To my wonderful family and friends, thank you for entertaining my crazy ideas, making me dinner, buying me vacuums for my birthday, paying for my drinks, picking me up when I trip and fall, force-feeding me water, singing to me, and most of all, loving me.
