1 year surgeversary!!!

I am one year post bariatric surgery! 

 I'm only half way to my goal but I still have some major accomplishments under my belt!  I mean...one year without my beloved Dr. Pepper?  Who knew I had it in me?

By this time next year I want to be at my goal weight and want to celebrate by participating in the Color Run.  I think you should join me!

Company of Artists

Aubrey and I first saw this when we went on an adventure to find graffiti over a year ago.  We'd never seen it before so we just called him, "The man," thinking him to be a random piece of cool street art. That same day we noticed him again on a parking meter, and started to think maybe he wasn't so random.  We saw him all over our favorite bar, Sanchos, cars, and even Wahoo's Fish Tacos.  Neither of us, not for lack of trying, could find out what this man meant or where he was coming from, until one day Jack told Aubrey that he belongs to a group called Company of Artists.

Easter

My family and I got up at 4am Sunday morning to make our way to Red Rocks for the sunrise service.  It was wonderful until the warmth from hiking to the top wore off and I really wished I had worn socks :)
