I've wanted a tattoo for a long time. So for my 21st birthday present to myself, I decided to get one! During one of our infamous late night chit chatting sessions, Erin told me the quote "You can turn off the sun, but I'm still gonna shine" I immediately fell in love with it and felt like it would be the perfect thing to make into a tattoo for me!
My leg will never look like this again!
The stencil
The squishy moral support that Ron, my tattoo artist gave me to squeeze
That's Ron. He's awesome.
Erin called him my frog prince
Color!
This is what I looked like while getting my first tattoo.
All done!
Admiring my new ink for the first time :)
The video that Erin so kindly recorded without me knowing (until the end when I opened my eyes and realized)
Ingredients: -1 lb large strawberries -8 oz. cream cheese, softened -3-4 tbsp powdered sugar -1 tsp vanilla extract Directions: -Rinse strawberries and remove the top and clean out the center with a paring knife -Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy -Add mixture to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner cut off like I did -Fill strawberries with cheesecake
Changing my fish, Razzle's water is always a process, but this time was far more amusing than usual because I decided I wanted to hold my fish. Because in the 3 years I've owned him (yes, 3 years!) I have never touched him!
Here's the series of pictures of how it went down.
